Online book sellers The Book Depository are using Google Maps to show real time purchases of books made through their website.
A small Google Map is shown on the home page of The Book Depository and the map includes a link to open the map in its own web page. The map animates through the latest books that have been bought. Each information window shows a picture of the purchased book's cover and the title.
Clicking on the information window will take you to the ordering page for that book.
