The Nasscom India Leadership Forum 2009 was held last week in Mumbai. The event was a meeting of industry leaders, analysts, Government decision makers, academia and IT users from across the world. The theme for this years’ event was “Reshaping the Global Economy”.
For this year's forum Nasscom partnered with Iridium Interactive to to create a Social Networking product, called Nasscom Connect. Nasscom Connect is an event networking tool, that helps attendees and delegates to maintain ties and continue the dialogue of the event after returning home.
Integral to Nasscom Connect is this Google Map that shows the home locations of delegates and the connections they made through Nasscom Connect at the forum. Connections on the map are shown by red polylines and delegates who are currently online are shown on the map by green map markers.
