City of Ann Arbor Customer Services Map
The City of Ann Arbor have created a Google Maps mashup to allow residents to submit service requests and to check the status of submitted service requests. Submitting a request involves clicking a location on a Google Map and completing a short form.
The types of service request that residents can submit ranges from graffiti problems to street light repair. To check the status of a request you need to enter an incident tracking id.
This is a great service provided by the City of Ann Arbor for its residents. However, I think the map would actually be more useful if you could check the progress of all service requests, rather than just the requests that you have personally submitted. This would help avoid duplicate submissions and would also give residents an overview of problems in their neighborhood.
