Whimsy inc: "Mapping the Intangible"

There is an interesting post on whimsy inc. titled "Mapping the Intangible". I'll include a really cool excerpt from his posting:



The extension of this is that you can then use Google to map otherwise intangible things. What good are these maps? I'm not sure really. We can observe that desire in Montreal in relatively spread out, while pity is confined mostly to the downtown core. It's well put and very interesting.. Has anyone tried to enter wacky terms to see where Google Maps takes you?
