Power Map: Google Maps on steroids

Rupert Scammell has created - Power Maps "Google Maps taken to the next level". Rupert's goal in creating Power Maps was to enhance how people use the Google Maps application and "provide a web based interface to as much of the underlying Google Maps API as possible, as well as adding other neat features, such as distance measurement and movement tracking." The result, he explains, does equal some pretty terse and short descriptions of each feature but if you play around with the Power Maps interface you'll soon learn what each function will do for you. If you're a power Google Maps user then Power Maps is for you!
