Fox uses Google Maps for American Idol, 24

American Idol's official website now features a Ning-powered Fan Map that uses Google Maps to plot where people are tuning in from. A Wayfaring map I mentioned previously contains a similar concept, but also simulates a voting process. Check here for more info..

Ning has also facilitated a 24 "Fan Map" that is in use on the Fox 24 show website. It maps locations of Fans watching the show. An enterprising fan of the show created a show map a while ago that plots the locations of Jack Bauer in the show. It's called the "Jack Tracker" and runs off of Wayfaring.
