PhillyCrime.org is a new Google Maps enabled crime-browser for the city of Philadelphia. The mashup allows users to select crime incidents by calendar date, time of day, and crime-type, and to display these crimes on an interactive Google Maps interface.
The crime data has been collected by the Philadelphia Police Department and the UPenn Police Department and although data is currently limited to West Philadelphia the mashup creators hope to have it operational for the entire city soon.
