Wayfaring.com - Build and share Google Maps

Wayfaring is a great new Google Maps application that allows you to build your own Google Map without having code up a map using the Google Maps API. All you need to do is register for an account and begin building your own personal Google Map to share with others. "Waypoints" are added to your map as pins that contain information that you enter about that specific location. It also combines route mapping so you can present a tour of a city, an exercise route or directions to your house, as a few examples. Wayfaring also employs popular social networking concepts such as wiki style editing of group maps and tagging. The interface is pretty slick and it's very easy to get up and running. Give it a try!

(This is a an example of a Wayfaring
map of "Things to do while visiting NYC")

Feel free to tell others about your new wayfaring map by posting a comment here!
