Walkscore helps you find walkable places to live

Walkscore is one of the most unique real estate Google Maps mashups I've come across. From WalkScore's "How it Works" section: "..Walk Score helps people find walkable places to live. Walk Score calculates the walkability of an address by locating nearby stores, restaurants, schools, parks, etc.." For an example of WalkScore in action take a look at this example query for 88 Bedford Street, New York... In this case the Bedford Street address scores a 100/100 for it's plentiful access to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities. Click the drop down boxes to view the business names under each category. Walkscore's title tag says it best: "Walk Score helps home buyers and renters find houses and apartments in great neighborhoods." (US Only)
